| | Short run home from the school with Bri. Funny story. My roommate was like,"Kin. Why are you changing from running shoes into different running shoes??" (Kineta Relay into the Kinvara) #distancerunnerprobs It was a good run though. And we got to go to the top of the building in our complex and out onto the roof and we could see the whole city. It was incredible. I love China. And you could never get bored running in this city. So many things to see and places to go. Miss my mountains though.

| | Sick run with Madi and Bri up and around the city. Running helps you to really get to know a place better and I appreciate that. China is hecka gorgeous and I fall in love with it more and more every day. My legs feel so great here and my lungs even better. Shout out to being at sea level. I feel like I could run forever. Unfortunately Madi and Bri aren't about that. They are troopers for even coming the three miles with me. I gotta figure something else out cuz I'm going stir crazy up in here. All in all a good run and a good day.

| | You guys. After like 3 hours of walking around China and trying to talk to people who had no idea what I was saying cuz @chinese, I finally found the city track. And it's so close to my house. It was a beautiful moment. But I walked like 2 miles trying to find it and then I ran 3 more on that gorgeous track doing some fartleks. And then some guy walked up to me and in broken English was like "You are very beautiful. Umm...You...attract me?" Yeah. That was a huge heck nah from me. Anyway. Shoutout to my friends for sitting on a bench by the track so I could run bc we aren't allowed to go anywhere alone. What a blessing.

| | My calves and achilles hurt so so bad. But I ran 3 miles total. 3 800s at 7:30 pace. Felt pretty good and was really fun. I could probably step it up a bit now that I've been running more. I love China. And running here is the bomb.

| | Hiked a butt ton on vacation last week. Literally like 13 miles a day up sketchy mountains. Then got super sick this week. I hope I didn't get the chicken pox from my kids or some freaky Chinese disease. Hopefully I'll feel good enough to run tomorrow.

| | Did some good ol 400s on the track. Mile warm up and cool down. Been really really sick so I almost coughed up a lung but that's okay. You can still run with one lung right?

| | Today was a blessing because I ran my good 3 miles. Still sick. But I did a mile and a half of tempo and it felt really good but it was really hard and I was only gonna do a mile but Caela said to do a mile and a half and that was a smart move. So shout out to Caela. Also she rocks for coming to the track every day and sitting there while I run. She da best. Then got a good talk to the good ol David Bowers and he helped me figure out what I'm doing with my running life. Solid guy. But walked around the track a million more times during that convo. Good day. #blessed Also Kens is mad that I didn't mention that she comes to the track too sometimes while I run so shout out to her too.

| | OH MY GOODNESS. It is so hot here. Wow. I've been trying to focus more on speed and strength. I did 400, 300, 200, 100 x3 and then just some mileage. Gotta remember to run backwards on the track more so I don't hurt myself cuz it's the only place I can run. What a good day though! Lol all the asians stared at me when I was in just a sports bra so apparently that's pretty scandalous in China. Also cute lil baby asians said hi to me and it made my heart melt.

| | Was going to do just a couple mile repeats and then I couldn't breathe. Like for reals. So that was stressful. Did one mile at tempo pace and then an 800 and 2 400s. Still turned out to be a really good workout and did some awesome stretching also my cool down felt great and was to some Jon Bellion so that's always a good time. Then walked an extra mile and a half home in the cliftons but I never add that to the shoes bc it's not running so it won't wear it down the same I guess.

| | Just did a mile of fartleks and some slow mileage. I have an infection in my lungs which annswers the why so much coughing. Shoutout to humidity I guess. Still good to get my legs moving on the track. Also shoutout to Collin for helping my sister get spikes.
