TRX my friends. It's my new fav hobby. My abs are coming along nicely. Also apparently I have really good strong shoulders but sucky core strength. And bad glutes. Which makes me a bad runner. According to very fit and fast teacher. You learn something new every day. But. My butt hurts so freaking bad. I'm really trying to stregthen other aspects of my body as a take a bit of a time out from running. I'll resume once I get to China and train for the marathon but right now my body needs some balance and some cross training and some strength training. It's seriously been so good for me. Emotionally too. I was starting to hate running until I took a break and now I miss it so much which is really what I needed.
