Was going to do just a couple mile repeats and then I couldn't breathe. Like for reals. So that was stressful. Did one mile at tempo pace and then an 800 and 2 400s. Still turned out to be a really good workout and did some awesome stretching also my cool down felt great and was to some Jon Bellion so that's always a good time. Then walked an extra mile and a half home in the cliftons but I never add that to the shoes bc it's not running so it won't wear it down the same I guess.
